Eligibility for Returns

• Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items are not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless defective upon delivery.
• Sale Items: Items purchased on final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Return an Item
